1. Using the VLAN Membership screen, set up ports as tagged and untagged as you want.
2. ALSO set the vlan number as "PVID" for each port in "Port PVID Configuration."
3. ALSO in System->Services->Interface Configuration, set "Trust Mode" to "Enabled" or else it will inexplicably filter DHCP responses from going out any port.
